Aperitif : Cocktail and appetizers. Starter : Perfect egg, mushroom royale, foie gras emulsion, pickled red onions. Love break : Vouvray granita with pink flavor. Main course : Bresse poultry with truffles, crispy melting Noirmoutier potatoes, French-style pea mousseline. Pre dessert : Floating island caramel burst. Dessert : Heart to share ruby chocolate mousse with red fruits and timut pepper.
