Fortress and small castles

The history of Breteuil is linked to the famous Duke of Normandy and King of England: William the Conqueror. He had a fortress built and chose the Saint-Sulpice church to engage his daughter. Breteuil is also several small XNUMXth century châteaux, a very astonishing town hall whose architecture resembles a church and beautiful typical half-timbered brick houses. During this walk, you will visit the church and its XNUMXth century organ, classified as a Historic Monument.
