Norman craft brewery 10 minutes from Center Parcs Les Bois Francs.
After almost 7 years of preparations and savings, Charles-Alexandre Auvray opens his micro brewery in Chennebrun in June 2018. Behind his counter, he welcomes you to his room where there is a good smell of brewing. Behind its back, you can see the mashing, brewing and maturing vats. The various bottling, capping and labeling tools give an overview of the scope of the work carried out for the artisanal production of this ancestral cereal-based beverage.
Don't hesitate to ask this passionate brewer about the different stages of making his beer. He will show you behind the scenes with professionalism before making you taste his Boujou Originale and his Boujou Goyogoyo, which many of his customers are fans of.
