How to book, what are the different stages?
Step 1: Inquiry
You found on this site or via the brochure a stay, a day or simply a visit that suits you, contact us by phone or email. We will send you a personalized proposal.
Step 2: Contract.
If the proposal suits you, a reservation contract will be sent to you after checking availability.
Step 3: Confirmation of your stay
The reservation becomes firm when a deposit and a copy of the signed contract have been returned to us, at the Normandy Sud Eure Tourist Office, before the deadline appearing on the contract.
Step 4: Travelogue
A few days before the start of your trip, you will receive the documents necessary for the smooth running of your program: access maps, timetables, contact details, voucher.
Step 5: Take advantage!
Your project is finally realized: make the most of it! Everything has been planned so that your program runs without stress, according to the conditions defined together beforehand. Throughout your outing, we remain available to assist you if necessary.
Step 6: Rules
The invoice will be sent to you to settle your stay along with the satisfaction questionnaire.
What are our guarantees?
The Normandy Sud Eure Tourist Office is a member of the “Club des receptifs Eurois”. Each member is a signatory of the Groups Quality Charter. In order to exercise its activity legally, the Normandy Sud Eure Tourist Office is registered in the register of travel and holiday organizers with Atout France (IM27170001). In this context, we have taken out professional insurance and have joined the solidarity fund (APST being the best known).

What do you do with my contact details?
In order to guarantee your data, we do not sell, rent, lend or communicate any information about our customers to people outside our network. We have also declared our files to the CNIL. The recipients of the data are exclusively the “Club des receptifs Eurois” network.
