The Cluizel family business is one of the leaders in high-end chocolate making, established for 70 years in Normandy. It is also one of the rare chocolate factories to master the transformation of cocoa beans into cocoa paste and then into chocolate. Four generations contribute to the excellence of its know-how. The only French manufacturer of sewing needles, safety pins and glass-headed pins. The employees work in front of you on ancestral machines and the visit continues in an impressive contemporary museum. 45-minute guided tour then free visit.
