Everyone in the saddle! The Voie Verte des Bois Francs is a flat and secure route, prohibited for motorized vehicles and riders. From the Barrels to Verneuil-sur-Avre, count 8,5 km of walk, including 6 on your own site. Without a car, on an asphalt surface, it's much easier to take a family walk in the middle of the plains and forests! Strollers, strollers, scooters or rollerblades can also be part of the trip.

In the village of Pullay, take a detour to see the St-Gervais-St-Protais church. Inside, three star vaults over ribbed crossings and a Henri II style decoration give a lot of elegance to the whole. Do not look for water in the wells in front of the Town Hall and next to the Fauvellière pond. They have been in bloom since 1958. Push your curiosity to the conservatory orchard, behind the village hall. A few meters away, you will find a pretty mariette which houses a terracotta virgin and a wrought iron cross.
Get back in the saddle and continue your journey. If you see the white facade of the prestigious École des Roches, you have arrived in Verneuil-sur-Avre. Moreover, in front of you stand the pointed bell tower of the Saint-Nicolas Abbey and the Gothic tower of the Sainte-Madeleine church. Follow the markings on the ground and let yourself be guided to the historic center. Private mansions, turreted and checkered houses, churches, abbey, keep and narrow alleys are offered to your gaze.
