Your itinerary

Bois-Anzeray - Cernay (Petit Clos Denise Lhermitte - D833)

1

Step 1

Carefully cross the D833 road and take the rue du clos Lesselin towards Cernay. Pass in front of the farm and ignore the road that goes to the right. Turn right onto Route des Heaumes. Pass in front of the chapel of Cernay transformed into a rural lodging and continue on the road which bypasses the castle. After crossing the woods, take the first plain path on the right, before the power line, then turn into the first path on the left.

Step 2

Arrived at Tertre, turn right on the road. At the fork, take the road that goes down to the right. At the bottom of the hill, go left, then right towards Rouge Moulin. Notice the mill wheel. Cross the Risle. In the woods, turn right onto the GR 224. Follow this path which runs along the Risle, turning right at the fork and continue along the Risle. At the road, turn right, then into the small path immediately to the right. At the bottom of the path, go left to come back to the road. Turn right. In the center of the hamlet of Trisay, turn right onto the road which again crosses the Risle, divided into several branches.

Step 3

At the crossroads, in front of the wood, go right, towards the Chalet. At the first intersection go straight ahead and continue to cross the hamlet on the road which makes a right angle to the left, then another to the right until the entrance to a large property in the Vallée Guillemer. There, go up in the woods on the left on a path which borders a ditch and arrives in the plain.

Step 4

At the end of the path, turn right to return to Cernay. When you get to the road, turn right to rejoin the outward path and take it to the left to return to the starting point.
