Located in the central square of the town of Verneuil-sur-Avre, the restaurant Sapori d'Italia (translate "Italian flavors") offers Neapolitan pizzas and other specialties of Italian gastronomy.
Simona and Claudio Stagi, originally from Sardinia, offer us a culinary journey to the Italian peninsula. A concentrate of Italy in the heart of Normandy, home cooking, organic, Italian and quality products, a warm welcome with a soft Italian accent... In 2022, the Sapori d'Italia restaurant, in Verneuil-sur-Avre (Eure), is awarded "Excellenze Italiano", a prize equivalent to those awarded by the French Gault et Millau.
A few meters from the restaurant, Sapori d'Italia is also an Italian delicatessen: wines, mozzarella, Parma ham, mortadella or coppa finely sliced for an aperitif, or parmeggiano and gorgonzola with pronounced local flavors. .. Takeaway meals are also available (lasagna, cannelloni...).
