Angelique and François Mulet, with a team of 5 permanent employees, cultivate around forty vegetables in greenhouses and in the open field using market gardening techniques on living soil.
At the end of 2021, they take over the former GAEC Perrochon horticultural site to create the Serres de Marcel with the aim of bringing together in the same place different partners around living soil, agro-ecology and conservation agriculture practices, in order to to help each other, to innovate and to experiment at best.
This experimental farm puts the soil at the heart of the cropping system by guaranteeing healthy and quality products.
Seasonal vegetables, tomatoes, eggplants, peppers, salads, carrots, eggs, apples and legumes are the products mainly sold in this organic farming certified farm.
Winter vegetables: leeks, cabbage, sweet potato.
"We wanted to honor Marcel Bouché, a world-renowned geodrilologist, by naming the farm with his first name. The development of market gardening practices on living soil on which our vegetable production is based was made possible thanks to his expertise earthworms. Our earthworms work for us! Our soils are only enriched with organic matter." Angelique Mullet.
