La Ferme du Plessis makes cider and other apple derivatives: farm cider, apple juice, cider vinegar, perry, brandy, Normandy aperitif, cider brandy, confit and cider jam.
And also in the shop: other juice, preserves (tagine, terrine) made from lambs raised on site.
Sale on the farm by appointment. For an optimal welcome, as the operator is regularly in the field, it is strongly recommended to call 06 14 88 10 53 before going on site.
Guided tour of the farm (equipment and sheep breeding), cider making workshop, tasting (only for groups) by appointment.
Motorhome reception area and reception room on site (45 seats and 75 standing places).
