In the heart of a peaceful hamlet in the Normandy countryside, between the winding Risle valley and the forest, you will be under the spell of this gîte! Céline and Bruno have converted this elegant family home into a friendly place entirely dedicated to holidays that really has it all; you will love the space, outside with this large fully enclosed garden, as well as inside with the emphasis given to the living rooms: three living rooms, a large dedicated play area for children with lots of toys and a top-notch kitchen open to the dining room. The atmosphere is intended to be warm and cozy, between light and warm colors, pretty details and selected furniture and always the concern for your comfort. You will love to recharge your batteries there, in all seasons, with family or friends. The region is superb, with a favorite for the Risle valley, just 1 km below, which offers superb landscapes and along which it is pleasant to walk. ON THE GROUND FLOOR: entrance, kitchen semi-open to the dining room, spacious and comfortable, with a small living room facing the fireplace. Large, friendly lounge in the tower, facing the garden, with TV and board games. A beautiful bedroom with 160x200 double bed, bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilet. A hallway leads upstairs where you arrive on a spacious landing divided into several spaces: the first with lots of games and toys for children, a nice living room with its armchairs and "club" sofa (board games) and an office for the studious. Three pretty attic bedrooms, two with 160x200 double bed and one twin with 2 1x90 single beds. Shower room with toilet.
