Step 1

① Looking at the start sign, go to the right. At the crossroads, take the dirt road to the left of the church. Continue to the road
by noticing some beautiful old "tadpole" trees. On the road, take the small elevated path on the edge of the tar, jumping from footbridge to footbridge. Cross the Risle and continue on the road.
2

Step 2

Pass in front of the brick enclosure: it is the old cemetery of Auvergny with its chapel and the town hall. Continue and pass in front of the Auvergny farm and its old buildings (bread oven, chapel, etc.). In the hamlet of Hamel, go to the left. At the next crossroads, turn right and continue on the path between the fields. Follow the road to the right. Ignore the road going to the Vaux farm on the right and continue.
3

Step 3

At the end of the small wood, take the dirt road in front of the small wooden post. Pass the ditch, then turn left at the wooden stake and continue to the hamlet of Ratier. Turn right, then go down immediately to the left towards the Risle. Cross it twice.
4

Step 4

Before the hairpin bend, take the path (aux moines) on the left, along the river. At the end of the path, go left. At the crossroads, take the path opposite to approach the "Gargantua stone" and come back to this crossroads. Be careful, private land, stay on the path. Turn left, cross the hamlet of "la Vallée", pass in front of the Calvary and go up to the town hall, crossing the public garden.
