In a small village in the countryside in the south of the Eure, "Collandre" is a beautiful property where you will like to come and take a break, for a weekend or a real vacation. Its leisure assets are numerous and for all tastes: relaxation and well-being break by the pool, conviviality around the common lounge, fitness and games in the leisure room with fitness equipment, table tennis, challenges around table football or pinball ... Unless you prefer to stroll in the vast landscaped garden, common, but where everyone will find their favorite little relaxation area. The studio, in duplex, is very pleasant, clear and bright, very current in the installation and the decoration, with always the concern of your comfort. Catherine and Jean-Louis, your hosts, will welcome you warmly and will be able to guide you to the nice little places to discover around such as walks in the forest or in the Eure valley. In summary, one of those places where you feel good and where you like to come back! The studio is located upstairs, accessible by an internal staircase. Entrance to the bright and warm living room with kitchen area behind its bar, dining area and cocoon lounge area with a convertible sofa that can accommodate 1 or 2 additional people for a small family. Beautiful modern bathroom with a window: corner shower, vanity unit, heated towel rail and wc. On the upper floor, you access the attic sleeping area, with a double bed. The large landscaped garden, shared with your hosts, is over 5000 m², with a fish pond. The pool area is covered and heated, accessible all year round (4x8m pool): a very pleasant room!
