The La Chaumière group accommodation in the Iton valley includes 2 charming buildings, completely renovated: La Maison and La Chaumière. The rental includes the two buildings but the cottage can be rented alone on request. On site, a large 2 hectare site bordered by the Iton is available to travelers. The nearby forest will be the starting point for your many walks, bike or horseback rides. The charm of the old has been preserved to keep the soul of this property to which the comfort and the sweetness of life have been brought. The house has 9 beds spread over 4 bedrooms and the cottage can accommodate up to 7 people thanks to its 3 bedrooms. The entire property can accommodate up to 16 people.

The house has been renovated with a desire to create an inside-outside harmonization in order to fully immerse yourself in the typical architecture of the region. The rustic and bucolic garden is animated by the song of the birds and by the presence in the meadow of the sheep and chickens from the neighboring farm. You will appreciate the open and friendly kitchen, ideal for preparing meals in a good mood with regional products. A square of aromatic herbs near each of the houses also invites you to get closer to nature to season good little dishes. A generous living space, easy to live in, is the major asset for a stay with family or friends.
The interior world is warm, created from mostly antique objects that provide an authentic and reassuring atmosphere. This was imagined by the owner of the premises, an interior designer at the Galeries Lafayette in Paris. The living room is the ideal place to relax while listening to music or to disconnect from city life in front of a fireplace. The blue room accessible on the ground floor has a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs, find 3 double bedrooms in soft and soothing colors and a single bed in an alcove. These are completed by a bathroom with a lion's foot bathtub and a separate toilet.

The thatched cottage is a rare and authentic place in which the original materials have been preserved (thatch, old bricks, half-timbering, double-leaf farm doors). The terrace with breathtaking views of the meadow and the animals, will be your landmark to meet and enjoy the simple things in life. Designed as a holiday home, the cottage also conceals vintage details which give this unique tone to the whole property. Among the three bedrooms, bright and comfortable, one is located on the ground floor.
