Step 1
In the parking lot of the sensitive natural area of the Fourneau, facing the sign, go to the right. Pass the entrance barrier and follow the path to the right along the Iton. Pass in front of the wash house and cross the lock. On the road, turn left (watch out for traffic!). Leave the path that enters the wood on the left. Go under the bridge.

Step 2
At the Calvary, take the road to the right, then to the right again towards Saint Ouen d'Attez. Follow the long road which runs along the castle wall, then crosses a wood. Leave the road for a path that descends towards the Iton and crosses it.

Step 3
Take a crossroad to the right which joins the hamlet of La Bréviaire. Cross the hamlet by the road and take the first path on the right which again runs along the castle wall. Cross a small road and continue opposite in the plain.

Step 4
At the crossroads of 4 paths, turn right. Cross the Iton and cross the RD23. Continue on a path which joins a housing estate. Follow the small road to the right. Turn left in the rue du bois and take the chemin du fourneau on the right to reach the starting point.
