Located in Mesnils-sur-Iton, south of Eure, this gite has 2 buildings including an old water mill built on the Iton and a small half-timbered house which, before being converted into a gite in the 1980s , was the garage of the main building.
Le Moulin (37 people / 10 bedrooms and 1 dormitory), whose cogs are still present in the downstairs dining room, is built on four levels. It has an exit on the courtyard side and another overlooking the spa. On the ground floor, you will find a kitchen (2 large fridges, a worktop, a large professional gas cooker, a sink with professional dishwasher), a dining room, a large bedroom with 3 single beds and a bathroom adapted for people with reduced mobility with a walk-in shower, a toilet and a sink. The 1st floor opens onto a large reception or work room with a piano (not tuned), an amplified speaker. The 2nd floor houses 7 bedrooms, 5 of which have private bathrooms (shower + washbasin). A separate bathroom is available for others. The 3rd floor has 2 bedrooms with their private bathrooms (corner bath) and a dormitory and its shower room.
La Maison à Colombage, (10 people / 3 bedrooms): on the ground floor, you will find a large fitted kitchen, a large living room with fireplace, American billiards, Pleyel baby grand piano, flat screen television and a single beds, a bathroom and a WC. The floor serves 3 bedrooms including a family with its bathroom-WC.
Facilities: fireplace, air conditioning, TV, wifi, sound system, indoor swimming pool (at 33 degrees all year round), spa (at 37 degrees), tennis, table tennis, billiards, canoeing, dishwasher, washing machine. Animals refused.
