Step 1
Facing the church of Cintray, take the road to the left to leave the village. Pass in front of the village hall. At the crossroads of the wash house, go straight. After a little over a kilometer, take a farm track on the right. At the river, take the overhanging path and cross a bridge then a metal footbridge crossing the Iton, and continue across the plain. Arrived at the first houses of Tournevray, continue straight on the road to the new mill. In front of the mill, turn right.

Step 2
At the crossroads occupied by two large trees, turn left, and immediately the path to the right towards the bell tower of Guéroulde. At the crossroads near the farm, continue to the right. Ignore the first path on the left but take the second. The trail crosses a road. Keep going straight. At the second road, to go to La Guéroulde (A), turn left. The detour will return to the same place. Otherwise, take opposite. Pass along a cattle ranch. Keep going straight.

Step 3
On the road, go right for about fifty meters and continue by the path opposite. Take the Grand Clos road to the right and walk along the Plessis farm. At the first crossroads, continue straight and then straight again to the Calvary. After the houses, turn left on a path leading to the river. Before the ford, take the path on the right. It passes over many footbridges heading towards the Cintray bell tower. Arrived at the road, turn right to return to the church of Cintray.
