GITE OF THE CHURCH

You will fall for this pretty little corner of Normandy: a charming village in the Pays d'Avre, Eure and Iton, in a quiet environment between woods, fields and pastures. The lodging of the church has this real warm spirit of a family house dedicated to the holidays. Christine and Eric have thought of it in this sense: a large enclosed garden with terrace, full of games for young and old, furniture for relaxation and your meals in the open air, fruit trees for picking (apple trees, pear trees and raspberries) and the interior side of the space with a nice living room in front of the fireplace, a room with lots of games, a very well equipped kitchen to cook up good meals and three pretty bedrooms. The sheep in the neighboring pasture will also be delighted with your visit. In short, the place is ideal for your holidays with family or friends. You are here a stone's throw from the charming Avre valley, and from Verneuil d'Avre and d'Iton, one of the "most beautiful detours in France". ON ONE LEVEL: entrance, living room with lounge in front of the fireplace and dining area, very well equipped kitchen with a dining area, then 3 bedrooms: 2 with double bed including 1 160x200 and one with 3 single beds (double bed) baby). Room with lots of games for children and a desk. 1 shower rooms including 2 with a toilet (closed) and a separate toilet. Side games: swing, sandbox, seesaw, balls, badminton / volleyball net, children's bikes, scooters ... The enclosed garden is around 1 m², plus the parking lot on the courtyard side. You are on the edge of Eric's farm. To reassure lovers of sleeping late, the church bells do not ring.
