Gîte Juliette's garden

Welcome to "Jardin de Juliette", a house full of charm in which Marina and Thomas have prepared everything for a superb holiday: a nice decoration combining the charm of the old and current codes such as the workshop-style partition, the kitchen island or the mezzanine, with all the necessary comfort. At the end of a small cul-de-sac, quiet and facing the fields, this little cocoon is the ideal place to relax in the countryside. In the garden, a nice pergola for aperitifs, a small zen corner with a fountain to meditate and plenty of games for children. Inside, beautiful living spaces that are really friendly and warm, a perfect kitchen for preparing good meals and a play area just for the little ones. In the surroundings, there is no shortage of activities between the beautiful medieval town of Verneuil d'Avre and Iton, the Center Parcs domain or the Bâlines Flea Market to hunt for beautiful objects. For hiking enthusiasts, the cottage is on the GR22. You enter on the ground floor into the large open living room with comfortable lounge and decorative fireplace, modern kitchen and dining area. A small bedroom with a nice double bed, a beautiful modern bathroom and separate toilets. Upstairs, you arrive on a beautiful mezzanine open to the living room with a space for children and lots of games, a desk for the more studious and a cozy corner for readers. A second attic bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a single bed. You benefit from a beautiful garden of 800m² enclosed with a nice pergola and something to occupy the little ones such as a hut, scooter, seesaw, Finnish skittles, snowshoes and pétanque for the children. Bicycles with a trailer for children are available in the outbuilding to explore the surroundings. The gîte is well equipped for babies: high chair, cot, protective barrier for the stairs, baby bath, indoor and outdoor games.
