In this small village in the Iton Valley, the municipality has redeveloped a set of 4 lodgings and a reception room on a 12 ha enclosed wooded area.
Ideal for your receptions (weddings, seminars, etc.), the Gouville Val d'Iton multipurpose room can accommodate 300 people seated on 325m² (25x13m). Its daring architecture combining wood and large bay window make it a particularly bright and spacious room. A 128 m² marquee that can accommodate 140 people is also available to you (included in the room rental).
The room has a cloakroom and a quiet room for children with changing table and high chairs. Wifi is available throughout the building. A sound terrace of 50 m², adjoining the room, is fitted out with picnic tables and has a large blind protecting you from the sun. A private and well-lit car park is located 100 meters from the main entrance.
Between the room and the kitchen is a small space of about ten square meters with a bar and a few chairs. The professional kitchen is at your disposal or that of your caterer with two heated tables and a cold table, three fridges and a chest freezer, a tunnel dishwasher, a gas stove, a professional oven and a microwave.
Round or rectangular tables (your choice) as well as chairs are included in the rental. The supply of topping, tableware (choice of different models), podium and video is available as an option. The room is rented alone or with one or more accommodations on site. Access to the lodgings is possible on foot or by car. An activity zone is at your disposal with a basketball and volleyball court, a skate park and a playground for 3-10 year olds.
